Community Events will be providing opportunities for participation, volunteer work, and social, cultural, economic and environmental developments. Such events will benefit the community in order to improve mental well-being, while helping to alleviate personal struggles.
Facing the challenge of climate change at a global level, tree plantation can play a vital role
in combating climate change which directly affects our planet. HIF intends on playing an active role in taking appropriate and effective actions that could help reduce
the impacts of global warming.
In collaboration with IBA, a massive tree plantation drive was organized at the Quaid-e-Azam residency in Karachi.
• More than 300 plants were planted in the area.
Hamid Ismail Foundation aims to provide equal opportunities of entertainment for all and believes that entertainment should not be reserved just
for the privileged members of the community.
In this regard, a live concert performance of Asim Azhar was organized in Karachi on 18th January 2020, which was open for all without any entry fee.
• The concert was attended by approximately 7000 people
• Successful in bringing together hundreds of families and individuals
Making sustainable changes to our environment could help in adding color to the lives of the underprivileged residents, making the vicinity more livable.
It further gives them a chance to reflect their values and culture through art.
The activity was conducted at Shanti Nagar where the walls were painted with vibrant colors. The founder of HIF, Hamid Ismail, along with the entire team ensured that the walls were given an aesthetic look and feel.
